Florida Campgrounds Offer Wholesome Fun for the Entire Family

from:

It should come as no surprise that the state of Florida remains one of the nation’s premiere vacation destinations. With its magnificent coastline, pristine beaches, and amazing attractions, this southern state serves as a vacation paradise for many travelers. If your idea of the perfect vacation is a week-long camping trip, be assured that Florida campgrounds can offer you the holiday of a lifetime. In addition to being close to major attractions, these camp sites offer a number of interesting activities suitable for children of all ages.

When it comes to Florida campgrounds, you also have a number of different options from which to choose. For instance, if you’d like to be close to all the major theme parks, you might consider staying at ThemeWorld Orlando RV Resort. This campground is in close proximity to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. In addition, the RV resort is near other noteworthy attractions such as the Cypress Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. You also won’t have to travel far to get to scenic locations such as the Atlantic Ocean, the Kennedy Space Center, the city of Tampa, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Another possibility among Florida campgrounds is the West Jupiter camping resort in Palm Beach County. Convenient to the Florida Turnpike, this camp site offers a number of fun amenities, including a heated pool, shuffle board, a playground, and game room. In addition, you can enjoy fishing, horseshoes, tennis, and volleyball on site. Other conveniences include RV supplies, firewood, food service, laundry facilities, and groceries.
If you’re interested in Florida campgrounds near the Daytona Speedway, you might consider the Town and Country RV Park. This camp site is also right across from the world’s largest flea market, which makes it the perfect location for bargain hunters. Town and Country is also only 15 minutes from beaches and other attractions. It is also known for its pristine pool and overall cleanliness.

Another premiere site among Florida campgrounds is the Citrus Hills RV Park. Its facilities include paved streets that are fully lighted; water, electric, and sewer hookups; patios, picnic tables, and a one-mile exercise course. In addition, large dogs and loud motorcycles and cars are not permitted on site, making it a particularly peaceful destination.
Citrus Hills also boasts some incredible luxuries, including a library, TV lounge, and exercise equipment room. The site also offers opportunities to play pool, ping pong, bingo, and card games. Therefore, if you’re interested in Florida campgrounds that offer great recreational activities for the entire family, Citrus Hills may be just the park for you.
